My passion is to help others to find an exercise solution!
As a child I experienced many overuse injuries from gymnastics, trampolining and horse riding falls. This inevitably led to a lot of pain and postural problems as my body grew though my teenage years.
I enjoyed going to the gym and working out but I found that I was frequently exacerbating my aches and pains. Chiropractic treatments always helped me to relieve the tension- but I wanted to know how I could exercise my body in a way to better support my spine and posture.
In 1995 I became a fitness leader with specialised training in Physical Rehabilitation, and I have studied many related courses since then. For over 20 years now I have been helping people to enjoy a positive exercising experience to more effectively support their bodies.
Recently I began offering my services to patients at Brighton Chiropractic, where I do postural assessments and exercise programs on-site as well as running small classes at my beautiful home studio gym in Hallett Cove.
